1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using StandupSolver ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StandupSolver on a single device. This license is perpetual and includes access to all future updates at no additional cost.

  • Each license key may be activated on one (1) device at a time
  • You may deactivate and transfer your license to a different device
  • The license is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Share, distribute, or make your license key available to others
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software in any automated or commercial service

4. Payment and Pricing

StandupSolver is sold as a one-time purchase unless we clearly state otherwise at the point of sale. Prices are listed in USD unless noted differently. Payment is currently processed through cryptocurrency checkout via Plisio. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are generally final once a license key has been issued. If you experience technical issues, contact support and we will make a reasonable effort to help resolve them.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for cases where:

  • The Software fails to function on your system due to a bug we cannot resolve
  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

StandupSolver is an educational tool for analyzing poker game theory. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations or their applicability to any specific poker game or situation. Use of the Software does not guarantee any particular outcome in poker.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Software from time to time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
